Lost its' original hubcaps already, or was a special-ordered car - in theory they were all separate options but no dealer would spec deluxe bumper trim, body side moldings, and whitewalls but not full wheel covers for dealer stock. Almost every car would have all of those, except for the advertised special ("Prices Starting At $____") which would have none of them. |
