I agree with DynaMike, it appears to be a Maybach SW-38 Limousine. The radiator grille looks close to that of a Horch indeed, but at a closer look you can see the Maybach badge on it... |

Astute! Only a single prototype of this car was made, and it was in 1938, not 1937.
