And the weak Bilux-front lamps. H4 was for extra charge still for the T3. @rljuna2: some of these front-lamps were "made in GDR". I've astonished noticed DDR-lamps in my Bundeswehr-T3's at my service in 1990/91. |

No, the construction was the same. Together with wiper-blades these lamps were some of the very few car-parts, the DDR could made in Western quality - which means, that they could export it for Western money. As they've done with every kind of product, which come narrow to Western quality, in their desperate hunting for Western currency. They even have sold artefacts out of museums, cobblestone-plaster out of the streets in historic towns and locations for depositing garbage.
