 Yep, made for NL (though also in some other European countries it was mandatory).

These Belgian foglamps have been ugly square monsters, for mounting you had to make ugly holes in the back of the car. Sorry Antoine, but the Bosch- and Hella-versions have been much more decent. For these foglamps some cars eben had prepared holes in the bumper or somewhere else.

 Most probably a Dutch Mustang in 1969 would have been built in Amsterdam (Hemweg).
