 If you actually watch this movie/scene you see an SRT8 badge in the front grille. so it's not a plain Dodge Challenger.

Another Challenger. Since Roman is standing in front of it and he doesn't drive any of the "pink slip" cars (the ones they win), I'm guessing it's his and is a deleted scene. In the interviews, you see the Yellow/Black Challenger parked with the Porsche, 370z and STi, (the other pink slip cars).

This Challenger also appears in two promos for Fast five.

So yeah, it looks like this Car was supposed to be Roman's pink slip, but got deleted.

 no this just another car of Dom,s the charger will be rebuilt and brought back the charger always comes back
