"Porter"? In italy it was "Piaggio Porter". |

It has been sold in France too under that name. In Belgium I think that we got it mostly under the Daihatsu and Suzuki makes. But I do not know for Romania. |

And it could have come secondhand from another country. IIRC quite a lot of secondhand cars from Germany are sold to eastern European countries. |
