1979 by window trim and by the color rather 1980+. However on domestic market those wheels (and breaks) had very long way from introduction in 1977 to be available in all models, what took place finally around 1983, so might be also from those later years. Edit. Also since ca 1979/80 edge of the triangular openable window was black, but there were also exeptions still. If we stay with 1980 then the lowest verison with those wheels (and brakes) was 650 L, but again brochures and real life had not much in common. -- Last edit: 2013-05-24 18:22:38 |

1981 cars have silver or black edge on fifty-fifty score. Later all have black. |

Although the mint condition 1979 one, which was for sale few years ago (it was loud about it in press, I don't have these pics now), had them blakc too... Also, after all, the ones intro. in MTP in 1977 had them black too, but this is less reliable proof, as some of modernized 126ps presented there, were just rebadged FSM made export Fiats 126 (it was the case of introduced there yellow 650 K, which was 650 Personal). On the oher hand, as FSM made Fiats 126 too, it had to make (or had access to) black edges, since at leat the late 1976 and this way some 126ps could have them already in 1970s (lottery). -- Last edit: 2024-02-04 13:27:00 |
