Not a Durango... they got it right the first time: 1991-1996 Caprice |

It's obviously Durango-take a look at the body curves and shape. Its also looks more SUV than a passenger wagon. -- Last edit: 2006-11-20 03:26:10 |

Never mind that it's merely a generic car (like most of the background cars in this movie), it's not a Durango. Both generations have a much more upright rear window, and more prominent differentiation between the hood and the fenders (the so-called big rig look). Also, the first generation Durango's taillights were much more ovoid. It may or may not be an SUV, but it's closer to a Caprice than a Durango. |

Definitely a Caprice wagon. doesn't have the Ford Taurus tail lights. |

This is a 1995-96 Roadmaster Estate, not a 92 Caprice. Only the Olds Custom Cruiser and Roadmaster wagons had the “vista” moon roof, and only the 95-96 B bodies have their mirrors mounted in that location. The Olds wasn’t manufactured in 95-96 so it has to be a Roadmaster. Cropped screenshot included as it is a little difficult to make out the vista roof in the main photo. -- Last edit: 2021-06-20 23:24:34 |
