Due to SAAB 99 style badge on the grille, I think this is 1972 SAAB Sedan [96] version, but I am not positive ![]() |

I believe this is a 1971 SAAB 96 made for USA. The reason why are the rubber dressed overriders indicating 1969-71 and the SAAB badge on the front wing indicating 1971+. According to this Collectible Automobile, Volume 30, Number 6, April 2014, this one has rubber strip at the bumper overridders that indicates 1972 model year here. |

Glass's confirms zodiac's comment above that solid rubber overriders introduced in UK Sept 71. No mention of rubber strips on chrome overriders. |
