zodiac ◊ 2011-05-16 14:35	I believe this is a 1971 SAAB 96 made for USA. The reason why are the rubber dressed overriders indicating 1969-71 and the SAAB badge on the front wing indicating 1971+. The round headlights were only available on the US version. Edit: From 1972 the overriders were made in rubber only (without the chrome). -- Last edit: 2011-05-16 14:36:50

rjluna2 ◊ 2014-02-02 00:06	According to this Collectible Automobile, Volume 30, Number 6, April 2014, this one has rubber strip at the bumper overridders that indicates 1972 model year here.
dsl ◊ 2014-02-02 00:34	Glass's confirms zodiac's comment above that solid rubber overriders introduced in UK Sept 71. No mention of rubber strips on chrome overriders.
