 It's the OSI 1200S of 1963 , with specific Neckar bagde, integrated and commercialized troughout Europe via french Neckar import society "Réseau André Chardonnet" in 1965 (Salon de Paris 64).

The exact name is Neckar St-Trop Cabriolet , a Coupé version was presented too at Paris 64
