Possibly an Opel Blitz. It has the German cross on the side, so it can't be a Russian truck.

I think it looks different from an Opel Blitz /vehicle_50397-Opel-Blitz.html

They could hav easily taken a Russian truck to preform on the German side, if they ran out of vehicles, or just by mistake...

If you look at the Second World War films on here, you'll see all sorts of non-German and post-war models, including American ones, passed off as German army vehicles.

Russians after II WW were using US trucks, so it can be Dodge. In 1979 ZiL was modern truck, so I don`t think so that they blow a quite good truck.
