No, it doesn't. It is a Studebaker (1947??) and that is the middle of the two piece windshield. |

This is a 1948 Studebaker Champion. Note the slight ridge on top of the front fender - a Champion feature. (That ridge houses the parking lamps.) Note also the non-wrapped bumper, taking 1949 out of the picture. As between 1947 and 1948, inspect the front bumper guard. It is in shadow but appears to be of the 1948 style.
