Incorrectly referred to in the dialogue as the most popular car in California. |

Has no Impala badge on the C-pillar, meaning 2010-2011. Also has the LTZ trim rims. https://youtu.be/ZHYaj6EHfJg?t=119 |

I know the movie itself doesn't care, but the SS package of this car came with an LS V8... could easily swap in that drivetrain or downbadge it to an LS, LT, or LTZ. It would have been cooler had he had the venerable Chevrolet Caprice of similar era: Australian built rear-wheel-drive V8 power. Those Caprices never get their due in movies. This movie is very striking. -- Last edit: 2021-03-08 10:44:14 |

It bothered me that the female lead wasn't attractive enough. If the male lead was less attractive it would make more sense. |

those Caprice were only for police use if i remember ( i could be wrong ) to use a similar Chevy they would have to wait for the SS but it wasn't there at the movie's date ... they could still have selected a Pontiac G8 .. -- Last edit: 2021-03-08 11:39:34 |

I like how the chase didn't rely on danger or damage and instead stealth and patience. |
