Possibly in Chile; it's difficult to tell whether there are external welds. They were also assembled in Venezuela briefly, but not until the 80s. |

But Chilean minis were most of them made of fiberglass, and its body was therefore different. Cannot tell if its chilean by the picture. |

Exactly, as they are fiberglass made, the chilean Minis lack the welding lines between roof, and all the body panels. |
