HLP 161 plate was issued late 1946, though state of car suggests more than 5 years old at film date. |

I do not think that this car is an MG. It has bolt-on wheels and not knock-off types. If anyone can find evidence of a 1930s MG with bolt-on wheels then please post. The one possibility is that it could have had a Morris axle fitted at some time, as it looks well-used. |
