Among visible things: Fleetside (Chevrolet) / Wide-Side (GMC) bed. And with what looks to be the Custom trim (same name for both make). With chrome on the B-pillar, meaning most likely a Chevrolet model (GMC Custom trim had less chrome there). With what seems to be the long bed (98"/2.49 m.
