johnfromstaffs ◊ 2011-11-22 17:56	The starting handle was probably fixed, diesel engines were by no means universal at this time, and the Dennis Lanova oil engine was not popular as it was unreliable and feeble. The bus was probably petrol and started by hand, the other Dennis also has a handle protruding from the front.
