Later in the movie, with Crisp already inside the school, the mother uses this to run over Arnold's partner.

Kowalski5599 ◊ 2017-06-23 22:58	I was going to say. Our family had a 1989 model and the seat belts were not mounted on the door. However, in this film they are mounted on the door as seen when Cullen's mother exits the passenger side.
