No, there is no specific detail to say "made for EU". Anyway, those were not made for EU, they were imported by private persons or companies. In Germany and Austria, it's necessary to install amber turning signals on the rear cause red turning signals are prohibited. I've seen some of those, the aditional turning signals were installed in the rear bumper or trunk lid and the original ones were disconnected. Looks awfull....
