RR/Bentley used lots of the xxxx TU series for press/PR cars eg 1200 TU, 1800 TU etc. Glass's says xxxx TU series issued Aug-Dec 63 only and stopped at 5744. 6045 would therefore be 1964+ (so S3 for Bentley or SC3 if RR) and a factory special issue.
