It has the plastic wheel-arches, so probable. These alloys (calles "Carat-wheels" in the VW-scene, because standard on the so-named special editions) were availble for extra charge (sure, it's Volkswagen) for any trim line. But sure, noone, who ordered a basic naked Golf C in white with 60hp, had the idea to add costly alloys. |
