It wasn't in the official programme, but in fact it was available. Time-by-time you see some here. The husband of a colleague of my wife has one (for compensation of mental problems. He's a psycho). |

Lacks chrome side-view mirrors and bright mesh grille work, so likely a early production model. Has automatic Autotrac four-wheel drive with two-speed dual range transfer case and center multi-disc differential lock. Four-wheel electronic traction control (engine and ABS) is standard issue on all 4x4 models with the rear automatic differential lock (ADL) optional on most, standard on LTZ (So this LTZ has the rear ADL). The ADL has been updated by the Eaton Corporation, and is said to use carbon fiber material in it's lock design. This is to help the differential lock withstand repeated sudden high-torque lock engagements. |
