In other scene Fiat logo is visible on it. In the 60's you could meet the Italian Fiats in Poland. VAZ Lada/Zhiguli (2101 and 2102 - first models) was unpopular here (124 too, even more :D ), because we had PF 125p.

Yes it is Skoda MB and on the right is Peugeot 204 - about "western" cars in Poland (in this era) I wrote here ;) : /movie_70557-Poszukiwany-poszukiwana.html

 Lada Vaz never had push button door handle, but more modern flat one. So it is a 124.

I suspect the Peugeot to be a 304, because of the wheel cover

 You can recognize a Fiat by the doors handles too.
