A lot of US origin vehicles were available with RHD in the 20s, 30s and 40s since UK was viewed as a market worth the effort. Vehicles were exported via Canada, or in CKD kits, or lacking some or all of the bodywork to avoid duties. |

Unusual one this , most of the ww2 ex military Dodges kept their military style front wheels even when converted to dual rears like most were by post war civilian operators. I have read that Canada supplied civilian type Dodge tippers to British government for bomb damage clearance work so maybe this is one of them. -- Last edit: 2012-07-10 17:26:04 |
