Two guides plus one driver are obligatory -even for a single tourist- and a picnic belongs to the (always pre-fixed) tour programme, too. But mainly during a walk in the Myohyang Mountains after the visit of the famous http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Friendship_Exhibition where you can see /vehicle.php?id=506528 , too. Are (shall) the visitor be US Americans? If yes, the picnic plce at the beach is possible, because the touristic access for US-citizens is more restriced than for other nationals.
