1960-61 Austin A55 MkII Cambridge Countryman or 1960-61 Morris Oxford Series V Traveller.

I believe its the 1960-61 Austin A55 Cambridge Countryman from the rear lights

The rear end features are identical for all Morris Traveller and Austin Countryman models.
Be it V, VI, A55 MkI or A60, they all share the same rear light clusters!

The only way to tell them apart in thsi picture is the position of the badge: above the number plate for Austin, on the right for the Morris.
Other discerning features: full length chrome strip for the Morris, rear section only for the Austin.
So this is an Austin, could be an A55 MkII or an A60.

The Travellers/Countrymen were a different batch altogether, compared to the saloons, e.g. the seats and door cards in the Austin were of the Morris type!
To my knowledge the wing mirrors are unique to the Traveller/Countryman.

xxx GUW plates issued Aug 63 onwards, 2 years after A60 Countryman introduced, so A60 it is.

Reg Number 618 GUW and the crest on the drivers' door indicate to me that this Austin A60 Cambridge Countryman belonged to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) (fleet no 618A). The vehicle seems to have a reinforced roof to enable filming from the roof. The BBC had a batch of GUW reg vehicles, the earliest I've found so far is 546 GUW (also an A60 Countryman), and so far the newest is this one, 618 GUW.

The A60 Countryman was very popular with the BBC as a camera car because the drop down tailgate enabled the cameraman to sit on the tailgate with his camera.
