It is a later one - 1938+ at least. The full serial production (if it can be called this way) started this year and the cars made in 1937 (and maybe early 1938) had single taillamps of different type (few front details were also different - central light was placed higher, "tubes" of the headlights were a separate elements). The "war production" was continued till ca 1943 AFAIK. In this case, if all 3 headlights are identical, then it is a post-war car - ca 1946 to 1947. I admit, it is hard to tell with this pic, but the central light seems to be pretty big, so it might be the latest version in fact. -- Last edit: 2012-11-14 16:41:52 |

I just looked on tatraportal.sk and 1946-1947 is correct. 1948+ isn't because different grill (for oil cooler) and headlights. -- Last edit: 2012-11-15 14:28:47 |
