Two different cars were used in this movie. A 1987 and a 1990. There are subtle differences between both models, but if you watch closely, the interior switches slightly during the interior shots. Also, the rear windows on these models only go down half way and in some scenes, the rear windows are down all the way. |

It is correct that there were two vehicles and one was a 1990, but the other was a 1989 and not a 1987. The front grills in the 1989-1991 were slightly different from the 1986-88 and in the movie the car had the 1989-1991 grill and no airbag. Making the car a 1989. |

Absolutely nothing wrong with that. I love Tauruses and I own 2! A 1991 Taurus L and a 1991 Taurus SHO. They are great cars, especially the SHO! -- Last edit: 2012-07-18 20:18:01 (G-MANN) |

I wonder if it's a good thing that the Station Wagon version of this Taurus wasn't used. I knew someone that had one, it felt amazingly heavy. |

The sedan must be heavy enough itself. I don't believe for one second the car is 2100 pounds, let alone 1600, as Paulo Costanzo said it was. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0215129/goofs -- Last edit: 2012-07-18 20:17:49 (G-MANN) |

The car that appears in the 3rd thumbnail is a GL (says so on the black trim). Should we add this to the extra info, or should we not because 2 cars were used? -- Last edit: 2012-07-27 00:09:15 |

Main looks to have the 1990-1991 dash. Anyone else agree or disagree? '89: Link to "poctra.com" '90-'91: Link to "poctra.com" |
