 All its visible details identify a 1972+ Super, but it seems to have hubcaps, something that it didn't have(?)

 I forgot the rare 1969 Giulia 1600 S (produced during a short period of time and using a single-carb engine) that had a quad-headlight grille, but didn't have the characteristic chrome trim of the pre-1972 Super.
