It's sold as the Chevy Aveo 4-door compact sedan in North America! |

Built in Vietnam by VIDAMCO and launched on January 20, 2006 according to Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Aveo_%28T200%29#Asia -- Last edit: 2013-01-23 19:29:57 |

There have to be more Vietnam-made vehicles. Our local guide there told us, that several cars, many vans, trucks and buses and nearly all mopeds and scooters over there are locally built. So to have really precise and correct assignments, we hould check out all filmes and scenes from Vietnam, to correct that. Maybe someone has the interest in that A propos: Indochine-made cars: our guide in Cambodia told, that in the late 60ies, before the Khmer Rouge came up, they had a local car industry, the brand was "Angkor Auto". Does anyone knows more? I only could find the actual http://de.paperblog.com/angkor-car-made-in-cambodia-417469/ but this is something different. |

I was searching for North Korean-assembled PMCs but could not find any. |

If you did spot any in Vietnam, they'd be locally assembled too, because import tariffs keep out all imports except luxury cars. The Paso is not part of Pyeonghwa's range in North Korea. |

In North Korea I saw a lot of Pyeonghwa Prontos, I also made a few pics. I'll upload them at the thread in the forum. |
