 What seems to be a 1969+ Ford 17M [P7b] with the 26M quad headlights.

 World Car Catalogue 69 and 71 have 17M/20M assembly in Philippines alongside Cortina - presumably a parallel to what was happening in S Korea with Hyundai. Gives us another source of RHD P7bs - also ZA as well.
