If it is a Latil TAR, it can't be a TAR4. This model appeared in 1928, and, since 1920, Latil TARs had a new configuration of their forward part, with the radiator in front of the motor instead of behind, losing the very characteristic shape of the bonnet which can be seen in this photo. |
