Could be a 1929 6C 1500 Torpedo similar to this one by Farina? http://www.spideralfaromeo.it/images/1929-6c1500Farina.jpg |

1929-33 6C 1750 Gran Turismo /Drophead Coupe James Young/ Picture is probably somewhat in an elongated ratio, radiator looks a bit taller than normal for the period but I think it's a James Young: Link to "www.historics.co.uk" Note 'smooth' windscreen curvature (also here http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/a/30ar6C-1750cpebyJamesYoung_Brooks.jpg), fender slope. Could also be a Turismo with less power but most JY I found were described as G.T. Farina's had a different slope in the fenders: Link to "www.classic-trader.com" Car in tw2003's link has 'apex' windscreen common in most full-size Alfas of the period. |
