KZ is best description for ambulances IMO. Actual code in Bedford terminology is K1Z 'Z' indicates supplied as chassis only, intended to be bodied by outside builders. '1' indicates 1½-Ton, in fact but this was true of all K-types, so '1' is unnecessary. -- Last edit: 2013-08-04 15:38:21 |
