Must be some Zetor. Front and top of a hood looks like 440 http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Zetor_Diesel_440.jpg , though a front axle is more forward, like in Z-25 http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Zetor_Z-25

hmm some info here

Quote Some of their 1950 models were based on Zetor designs and components. In the 1990's they built some models for Massey Ferguson. Other models were from old Massey Ferguson designs.

Ursus assembled early models which were mostly designed by Zetor, and re-badged them as Zetor Crystal or Crystal Zetor. These were assembled in either Poland by Ursus, or in Czechoslovakia by Zetor. A number of the 100 hp + models were sold under the Zetor Crystal brand in the UK market by Zetor UK (Skoda).

The one in movie can be some Zetor imported from CS or customized Ursus C-4011 with headlamps in wrong place for example and few more things changed...

P.S.
I don't recommend this "tractors.wikia" thing, especially in case of the socialist period it's very not accurate.
There weren't any Czech-Polish tractors before 1960s.

The only Ursus made on the Zetor license (so a sort of copy) was C-4011 - it was in the 1960s
E.g. the C-385 from the late 60s wasn't based on Zetor license - it was common project designed in the Polish-Czech development center specially founded on this occasion. Both companies had the same rights to it.

Then later there was also a different Polish manufacturer - "Crystal Tractor". Before introduction of own design in the early 2000s, it assembled in the 1990s tractors from various foreign parts, also from those of Zetor. They did assembly them in ZM Ursus factory, but they products weren't Ursuses.
