If "Ep.2" refers to it being the second part of episode 1, the pilot is indeed set during the October Revolution in St. Petersburg. ("Sedmoy sputnik" was produced by Lenfilm from Leningrad) Scene from 49:29 to 49:53: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oBdZkLgfJM This however: /vehicle_35774-Studebaker.html is a different car (film produced by Mosfilm and not filmed anywhere near St. Petersburg)
