 Could be one of a few LAD cabbed Leylands but I would go for Comet , quite popular in Australia.

 Protruding wheel-arches, not flush with cab sides, so the long-door LAD cab (cab before engine).

UK Comets not normally found with the long-door LAD cab, but Australian built versions may be different.
