 Multicar 25, model origin East Germany, not Germany.

 Actually 3 stars, it is not a car chase but mostly on-foot chase. Dad of main character throws out the window some money, just to show the main character "he will really do it"
It falls into the bed of this Multicar, and they are chasing it down trough town.
