Location is the Friendship Archway that spans H St. NW at the intersection with 7th St. NW in the Chinatown neighborhood. We are looking west; the (CGI) helicopters are flying east, away from the White House (I haven't seen the film, so I can't say if this is an error). The building on the corner with the yellow awnings is a Fuddruckers restaurant; the name has been blurred out. The same building in 1999: /vehicle.php?id=264140
