 I know this type of conversion, but never managed to find out who made it. I'm almost certain it's Dutch coachwork (with a small chance of being French, made for NL) and I have the unconfirmed suspicion it may have been built by Terberg Specials B.V. of Ijsselstein, NL. All the units I've seen were 308 D and I'm sure that goes for this one, too.
