 1968 (wipers parked on left). Poverty looking, so 912 also possible, however 911 was more popular in 1968.

 by the LWB and rear lights it's for sure 1969+ and by the trim it could be basic 911T or 912. But by the rounded door handle it's 1970+ 911T
