UK version? ![]() |

What were the differences between the German and the UK version that makes this worthy "Made for GB" while most other cars don't? |

Any better view of the green one? It's not a Ford Anglia - I think probably Turner Mk1 or Mk2 - http://www.historywebsite.co.uk/Museum/Transport/Cars/TurnerSports.htm . |

@dsl: How about a Fairthorpe Electron Minor like http://www.connecticutclassix.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/photo-3.jpg ? Firstly it was 'made in GB' rather than for as it was built by a British firm (called simply Isetta) under licence; and IIRC British Isettas were invariably three-wheelers for tax reasons. -- Last edit: 2014-02-24 16:43:00 |

Possible. I looked at them for pics but did not find one with a bumper. Turner is my best guess, but open to other ideas. |

Tried hard but no better view of 'kit car ' |

Bumper looks a bit home-made to me. I think the shape of the grille is characteristic of the early Electron Minor (and completely different from the Turner A30/A35). |

@chris40: Yes a three wheeler makes it different. I can agree with that. Much more 'hands on' than additional indicators as is usually the case. -- Last edit: 2014-02-25 09:35:37 |

yes, this is the main topic. |

OK - I'm convinced. Vote now for giving it a page (especially as it seems to be the world's only example with a bumper). |

I'm for it, even if it is part hidden; and if I had invested time and money on an Electron Minor and proposed to use it in (presumably) London I'd put a bumper on it. |
