Mangled 1982-88 Chevrolet Camaro. NOTE: 1980 Camaro's still held onto the bodystyle of the ones in the mid-to-late-1970's. They didn't have square headlights, and only had two of them, not four. -- Last edit: 2006-11-22 19:34:30 |

umm this isnt actually a camaro its a dodge daytona easy enough to get mixed up when its wrecked but if you look closely at the front bumper it has one long opening camaros never had that the head lights are mounted in a straight line th camaros were slightly offset to the rear for the high beams and the battery is on the wrong side for the camaro among many other differences |

miklswab may be right, it is not definitely 1982 Chevrolet Camaro. It must be something else. This one has transverse 4 cylinder engine. I can see the cam cover. |

No not a Camaro folks it's not even a Daytona, Its a Chrysler Laser between 1984 and 1985 model years, The Laser has side moldings on the front fenders ( that I can sort of see in the picture )going from the front bumper to the back bumper,And the engine is a 2.2 litre 4 cyl with the single point Bosch Fuel injection system available on 84 and 85's only and as well as the windsheild fluid filler on the drivers side vs the 1986 model which was switched to the passenger side for safety reasons. Also the stripe on the fender in the front was the stripe kit available on the Laser's from the factory that went from the front down the side to the back taillights. That is the stripe I can see on the pic as well. |
