oldsmobile1897 ◊ 2014-03-22 03:43	The license plate either 680 GHK or 680 GMK could any of the UK member please identify the year? I don’t know how to identify pre-1963 cars yet.
dsl ◊ 2014-03-22 03:47	GHK = mid 56, GMK 55-56. Both look right to me for the Minor detail as Series II.
johnfromstaffs ◊ 2014-03-22 11:41	Even on the convertible, the size of the rear window got bigger on the Minor 1000, and the reflector in the centre of the boot lid was replaced by the words "Minor 1000", unless it was one of the lilac Minor Million models. The Series MM was deleted in 1953, so this must be a Series II. There is also a significant difference in the shape of the rear wings, not apparent here. -- Last edit: 2014-03-22 11:43:15
