Looks like Russian license plates to me. Don't know under which brand they were sold out there though... |

Such models are most of the time imported from USA. So if it's not the EU-spec there are nothing strange. |

It's not a Chrysler. It's most likely a Dodge (rear badge) imported from the US. But definately not an EU model |
