 I think Bedford-Scammell [J5], but I'm open to correction.

 1960 Bedford J8SS (introduced August 1959) 8-Ton Articulated Tractor Unit, normal control 120" wheelbase. Scammell coupling as standard (however no longer badged as Bedford-Scammell).
