Might have been an Okinawan delivered, they had to be LHD before 29-7-1978 or just a Japanese RHD, I don't know. (Citroen Mehari comes to mind....I think at least one rental company there once had them??) But coming from Okinawa also real possibility,too?? (Multiple US Military posts on Okinawa,just as there are in Oahu/Honolulu?)
