 1941-45 CC or 1946-47 EC panel. With a long wheelbase, so a ¾-ton or 1-Ton model (250, 250 "Heavy Duty" or 260) or a 1½-ton 300 one. The wheel rims and the dual rear wheels indicate a 1946-47 300.
