Actually it is a 1923 McLaughlin Buick, model 45 Special. It was made in Canada (GM of Canada) and exported to England. It is right hand drive. Then the car made it back to the US at some point. We purschased it in 2006 and completed its restoration. It resides in Marshall, VA, USA |

No such thing as a "Buick Special" yet in 1923. If it is really a Model 45 (which would correspond to a four-door tourer) it would be just Four or Six. Only 47 of these were built for export. |
