Albion Chieftain 6¼ Ton FT37A looks right to me, although I'm never too sure about Albions in the early 1950s.

It's a Dennis of some sort, very popular with Brewers for some reason. Pax?

The Albion's registration could be London NLB??? or ULB???

NLB = Nov 52 to Oct 53, ULB = June 57 to April 58. Both series "allocated in blocks"
